Driving Directions
WhiteStar Center for Awake Living is located in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. Seattle can be tricky to navigate as there are a lot of one-way and unmarked roads, so if you need extra help or get lost, call or email us. Click here to view the Google map. The directions below match the Google Map directions but include extra details, should you need them.
From I-5, North or South
- Take the Mercer St. exit.
- Turn right on Fairview as you come off the exit.
- Take immediate left on Valley.
- Follow Valley (it will become Broad St.). You’ll drive under a bridge (the bridge is Aurora Ave.).
- Immediately after coming out from under the bridge, turn right. The street is not marked but it is technically Harrison St. You will see Seattle Center with the Space Needle and the EMP building in front of you and the road you are on will dead-end.
- Take a right here and you’ll be on 5th Ave.
- Continue on 5th past Mercer to Roy St. There will be a Silver Platter record store on the NW corner.
- Take a left on Roy. Roy will then dead-end at Queen Anne Ave.
- Turn right and go on up the hill. At the top of the hill, QA Ave. will intersect with Galer St.
- Turn slightly right here and you will be continuing on QA Ave. Pass Blaine St, where there is a Blockbuster on the corner, and the next street is Howe St. There is no stop sign but there is a Home Street Bank with a green awning on the SW corner.
- Turn left on Howe and park anywhere.
- WhiteStar Center is the 3rd building on the N side of Howe St. It is beige-colored with teal trim. We are on the 2nd floor. The stairs are on the left side in the back.
