About Seven Star
My Work
Hello! My name is Seven Star and I have been working as a therapist and counselor for 12 years. I love my work because it is an honor for me to bear witness to and encourage another person in their journey to live who they really are. I deeply care about each of my clients and feel genuinely excited as we work together, filled with a growing awareness of what is possible and how wonderful we are, and always have been.
I have completed training and certifications in Transpersonal and Humanistic Psychology, Behavior Therapies, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Life Coaching. I currently offer workshops and individual sessions to guide you through making changes in your life. You can learn more about my background, experience, and services by visiting my website, www.mycreativetherapy.com.
~When you understand what you are feeling, thinking, and living now, your authentic path emerges before you. Explore your experience of yourself and the world; design and enjoy a life that is right for you. Let yourself well up, radiate, heal, and shine, as a great treasure.

My Self
In the last few years, I have been in search of community, meaningful connection with others, and opportunities to offer myself in service. I have also been in search of places where I feel I can just be myself, and people with whom I feel completely welcome and comfortable. Thus, I am thrilled to have created the WhiteStar Center with my partner, where we can offer this comfortable, welcoming space to others. I believe I am doing the work I was meant to do.
I have been crossing paths with others who are seeking their true selves, and I’m so grateful to everyone who has helped and inspired me. I am blessed with amazing relationships that are helping me to understand what is really involved in being loving to myself and others. I am forever learning.
Since I can remember, I’ve known that I am here to learn what it means to really be myself, to be free, and to help others do the same. To this end, I practice awareness of what is in each moment, and practice being loving and accepting whenever I am aware enough to do so! I make lots of silly art and take plenty of walks and hikes with my partner and my friends. Maintaining balance in my life is important to me, and I examine this through work with the Medicine Wheel and with Tarot. You can read more about my work with Tarot here. I also love to swing at the park and to dance, and anything else I can do to connect to that center of great power and sweetness that I know is always there in me, and in each of us.
